Shipping policy

To ensure that your order is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the announced timeframe, please make sure that your address is accurately written and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost or wrongly delivered packages once the courier has been instructed to leave the goods outside unattended.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a distinct processing time, excluding the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by the courier from our processing center. The processing and shipping time for orders is from 0 to 1 day, Monday to Saturday.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times to Australia are from 3-8 workday, Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs are free.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience a failed delivery or if tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the courier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 30 days to file a claim.

We will assist you with the courier to complete the claims process. Please note that the claims process may take up to 30 days.

We assume no responsibility for orders that have been marked as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages where the courier confirms delivery.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items is out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order, offering you either an alternative product or a refund via your original payment method for the unavailable items. Please note that you may receive multiple packages for the same order if it includes multiple items.
